Joseph Clark was born during 1837. He served as the President of the Northern Bank of Kentucky from December 1886 until May 1887. Mr. Clark also served as a director of the Security Trust and Safety Vault Company from 1888 to 1900, and as President from 1899 to 1900. In addition, Mr. Clark served on the Board of Directors of the Fayette National Bank from 1888 to 1892 and the Lexington Water Works from 1896 to 1899. He died in 1900.
