W. Rodes Estill was also born on "Elmwood" around 1874, the son of William W. Estill.  After his father's death, he continued to raise cattle and sheep on the family's farm.  Mr. Estill served as a director of the Phoenix National Bank and Trust Company from 1925 until 1929, and the First National Bank and Trust Company from 1929 until 1961.  After the merger in 1961, he continued to serve as a director of the First Security National Bank and Trust Company until his death in 1968.  His daughter, Anne Estill, married Alex G. Campbell.
