Will Hodgkin graduated from the Culver Military Academy, Culver, Indiana in 1958 and Vanderbilt University in 1962. He began his banking career in 1962 as a teller with the Clark County National Bank. He quickly was promoted to cashier in 1964, Executive Vice President in 1970 and President in 1979. In 1970, Mr. Hodgkin led a group of investors in acquiring the Clark County Bank from the Kincaid banking interest. In 1985, the bank was purchased by the First Security Corporation.
Mr. Hodgkin was named to the Board of Directors of the First Security Corporation in 1985. He was appointed the President of First Security Affiliates, Inc. in 1987 and First Security National Bank and Trust Company in 1991.
